Description

Timeline follows a group of history students who use quantum-based technology to travel to fourteenth-century France and rescue their professor. The professor had been studying medieval sites and questioning the project funder’s unusually detailed historical knowledge; evidence then suggested that he had gone six centuries into the past. The students follow him to 1357, where violent attacks, deaths, and damage to their return mechanism quickly complicate the mission. A knight has captured the professor for his knowledge of a secret route into a fortified castle. To save him, the historians search for clues while navigating dangerous rival forces in the medieval world.
