Description

In the fourth Heartstopper volume, Charlie feels ready to tell Nick that he loves him, and Nick returns his feelings. Their relationship enters a new stage as another school year begins, requiring them to work out what love means for them. Nick is also occupied by two serious concerns: coming out to his father and the possibility that Charlie may have an eating disorder. These worries accompany the couple’s growing commitment and complicate what should be a joyful moment in their relationship. Alice Oseman continues Charlie and Nick’s story through the series’ distinctive two-color artwork, balancing their declaration of love with difficult questions that remain unresolved.
