Description

Tsunami has always longed to meet the SeaWings, the dragon tribe she was born into but raised apart from. Leaving captivity with the other dragonets named in a prophecy to end a continent-wide war, she journeys beneath the sea to a magnificent royal palace ruled by Queen Coral. The prospect of finding her family and claiming a place among her own kind initially seems to offer everything she has wanted. Yet court expectations, guarded secrets, and danger within the supposedly protected kingdom soon complicate that homecoming. As Tsunami weighs loyalty to her fellow dragonets against the pull of blood and rank, this fantasy adventure asks whether an inherited identity can provide belonging when the place that promises safety may conceal its own threats.
