Description

Alice Sun is the only scholarship student at an elite international boarding school in Beijing, where her classmates come from wealthy, influential families. When Alice begins turning physically invisible without control, her family’s inability to afford tuition gives the strange power an urgent use. She plans to sell access to her classmates’ secrets, carrying out investigations while unseen. The jobs escalate from minor scandals to crimes, forcing Alice to weigh the money she needs against her conscience and personal safety. Her invisibility becomes both an advantage and a source of increasingly consequential choices.
