Mercedes Ron

Mercedes Ron is an Argentine-born Spanish author of young-adult romance whose career began on Wattpad with the Culpables trilogy. Her fiction is built around volatile relationships, direct conversational prose, and dialogue that turns attraction into argument and argument back into attraction. She favors fast-moving plots in which family disruption, wealth, secrecy, and danger keep emotional conflicts under pressure. In My Fault, Noah's move from Toronto to a lavish Los Angeles household brings her into conflict with her reckless new stepbrother, Nick, while illegal street racing and her concealed past tighten the novel's pace. Ron extends rather than neatly resolves that central relationship. Our Fault reunites Noah and Nick after a four-year separation, using a wedding, workplace constraints, and Nick's business power to force unresolved accusations into the open. This recurring structure lets external complications repeatedly interrupt intimacy, while the dialogue keeps rivalry, suspicion, and desire active within the same scene.
