Integration details

Resolve an ISBN or title and author, then retrieve the work record. Description text is in data.description.text. Preserve an existing good description when Collected returns a missing field.

Descriptions are AI-assisted and reviewed before publication. Full-text storage and reuse follow your approved API terms.

Keep keys on your server. Save matched IDs and compare record versions when refreshing data. Missing fields should not overwrite good values in your catalog.

Access is by approval. Commercial storage and reuse follow your agreed terms. Ebook files, inventory and cover-image redistribution rights are outside the API.
